The Bear

The unexpected TV series that took the world by storm in 2022 left fans craving Season 2 in 2023. The Bear follows Carmen aka “Carmy” — a talented young chef who gives up his fine-dining career to run his family’s small sandwich shop after an unexpected death devastates the family in this FX dramatic comedy about food, family, and overcoming life’s tragic downsides.

Reservation Dogs

Reservation Dogs is an FX coming-of-age comedy series that follows a group of young, Indigenous teenagers living on a reservation in Oklahoma. Their biggest motivation in life? To get out of the desolate American South and make the trek to California by any means necessary. 

Do the Rez Dogs make it to the West Coast? The third and final season of Reservation Dogs premiered this past summer, and now you can stream the entire series on Hulu.

The Last of Us

Futurama

2023 was a big year for animation, including the hit series Futurama. For the first time in a decade, Leela, Bender, and Philip return in new episodes of this fan-favorite adult animation series.

This Fool

In 2022, comedian Chris Estrada blessed our TV screens with This Fool — a semi-biographical comedy series based on his life in the heart of South Central Los Angeles.

Estrada’s story continued this year with the release of Season 2, as his character Julio Lopez attempts to navigate a life devoid of drugs and crime, which he finds requires not only considerable strength but also a hearty dose of humor.

Saint X

Wu-Tang: An American Saga
