Realtor David searches for houses that can fit the family even as the kids get older.

Episode 3

Hitting a Wall

Andrew and Kiera bought their home knowing it needed some work. They tackled many of the projects around the house, but they've hit a wall with the layout issues. Main Floor Makeover

Tim and Tarquin's family has outgrown their house due to a lack of bedrooms and angled walls on the main floor. Hilary and her team renovate the major problem areas of the house to make the family love it again, and David searches for houses that will convince the family to leave.

Four Year Fixer-Upper

Newlywed lawyers Mclean and Suzanne bought a fixer upper, but four years and two kids later, their house is still in need of upgrades. Hilary and her crew tackle the structural changes of the house to make it work for their family. David shows the couple move-in ready homes to convince them to leave their first house.

Episode 8

Old-World Expansion

Derek and Andy were drawn to their home by the old-world charm, but now that they have two kids, and are looking to have more, their house doesn't fit their family. Hilary and her team reconfigure the space so it fits the family now and in the future. David searches for homes with both the character and charm they love, and the additional space they need.

No Way To Go But Up

Richard and Kim bought their charming row-house 12 years ago, but as their family has grown, the home has remained the same. They are constantly battling the layout and storage in their house.
