January 5, 2016, Baltimore, MD. Police officers respond to a report of a deceased man found at the Deluxe Plaza Motel in Northeast Baltimore. The victim, US Navy Veteran Edward Yesaitis, was discovered by the motel's cleaning crew.

July 9th, 2018, police receive a distressing call from a woman claiming she and her friends have been kidnapped and terrorized at a Travelodge. One of them has sustained a fatal gunshot wound.

In the early hours of September 6th, 2020, local police receive a distressing 911 call from 32-year-old Brian Redding. He is heard crying and screaming that he has found his 16-year-old girlfriend, Cypress Noonan, dead in their room at the Forest Motel.
