More new faces join the Nest Seekers team when a power broker from the Miami office arrives in the Hamptons. Then, the ongoing competition for the Glass House gets heated when one broker tries to move in on a colleague's client.

Bianca and Peggy host a multi-day group tour with clients from the city in hopes of starting an annual signature event. Meanwhile, JB confronts Kenny about touring the Sandcastle behind his back, and Michael suffers a huge blow on one of his properties.

Michael pressures JB for an answer on which agent will win the glass house deal. Then, Mia receives some tough love to up her game, Michael is haunted by a past mistake and one broker is embarrassed in front of a client after an unexpected encounter.

Michael and JB are envious of how quickly Peggy is making an impact on their home turf as she gears up for the Duck Pond open house and the largest commission of her career. Meanwhile, Mia's efforts pay off as she makes a name for herself in the Hamptons.

JB has the chance to land a career-changing $20 million property, but first he has to impress a potential client's daughter. Meanwhile, Kenny secures a property for Gina, and Bianca tries to hold the team together while working on a listing with a friend.

Peggy and Kenny have a heart-to-heart about their referral conflict, while Mia and Bianca deal with a demanding client for a record-breaking rental. Then, JB hosts an event that leads to a new career high, thanks to a little help from a flirty old friend.
