Cousins Naomi, Drew, and Chitoka are morbidly obese. They are eating themselves to death and without weight loss surgery their lives could be cut short. Family matriarch Beverly has surgery in part to inspire the others to do the same. Can they do it?

Stressed out Naomi struggles with her liquid diet and may reach her breaking point. Drew wants to have the weight loss surgery, but when he steps on a scale he's thrown off entirely. Bedbound Chitoka takes a big step & asks Dr. Procter for a house call.
