Twin Peaks: The Return

Over Larry's strong protests, network executives force him to do a live commercial on the show for one of his sponsors.

Larry feels betrayed after helping the career of a stand-up comic who later opts to appear on a competing talk show prior to his scheduled appearance on "The Larry Sanders Show."

A tarantula race with Larry as the racecourse, planned with an entomologist guesting on the show, triggers Larry's arachnophobia.

Larry freaks out when guest host Dana Carvey scores higher than he does. The final straw comes when Carvey is offered his own talk show, in direct competition with Larry's.

Larry starts to worry about his "likeability" factor and agrees to hire a focus group (like the ones Arsenio uses!) to rate his talk-show personality.

A woman accuses Larry of pushing her into a magazine rack at the neighborhood grocery store, making him front-page material for the tabloids and entertainment news shows.

Larry and Hank have a falling-out over Hank's napping during the show, and Hank's trademark expression "Hey Now!" starts to irritate Larry.
