Homesick, Cleo tries joining some school clubs to feel better. Her homesickness has an unexpected and destructive effect.

Cleo's over confidence gets her friends captured, and to rescue them she must convince a tribe of laidback aliens she can master their high values of humility, serenity, and caution.

When Brian and Cleo try to get Akila to say "no", they find themselves face to face with the galaxy's grossest outlaws, the scavengers.

When Cleo infects everyone with an alien disease, she and Khensu must find the one scientist who can cure it, the wildly unhinged Dr. Queed.

Ceo, Akila, and Brian must demonstrate they make a great team so Khepra doesn't split them up.

Frustrated with life in the future, Cleo attempts to use Brian's untested time machine to return to ancient Egypt. In the process, she ends up caught in an ever-shrinking time loop which may lead to the destruction of the entire universe.

Khensu tasks Cleo with mentoring a younger student names Philo. But when he turns out to be just as cocky and brash as Cleo, she gets a taste of her own medicine and develops more respect for Khensu.

Cleo poses as Pharaoh Yosira to convince other galactic leaders to join the fight against Octavian, while also uncovering which one of them is planning to kill Yosira.

While Cleo and the gang try to find Octavians's spy, a robot impersonates various people form the Academy.

Cleo and the rest go on a rescue mission to crime-ridden Hykosis City, which leads to a devastating confrontation with Octavian.
