Dave is excited to see a Model T roll into the Guild, and gets Ron on to the first order of business: fire up that engine! It's a team effort to install a fancy new engine in a '67 Firebird. And a '62 AMC Rambler like the one from TV series "3rd Rock from the Sun" shows up to get a once-over before heading to Comic-Con in San Diego.

Dave brings his 1930 Model A hot rod to the Guild and tasks new hire Jessica to figure out why the headlights don't work. Brad installs a brand-new digital instrument panel in a restored C10. The '62 Rambler has been repaired and is off with Greg to Comic-Con to meet "3rd Rock from the Sun" cast member French Stewart.

Talon installs a shiny new serpentine kit on the '67 Firebird engine. A '74 Triumph comes in for a little TLC, but Ron is stumped by a mysterious noise during the test drive. Barry paints a new steering wheel for a stunning '53 Packard Caribbean, and Brad has to figure out why its horn isn't working.

Jessica installs a new radio in the '53 Packard, while Ron gets to the source of a weird sound coming from the new engine in a '68 Charger. Talon fits a custom-made driveshaft into the '67 Firebird before dropping the frame into a much cooler stance. Ron shows new hire Tommy the ropes tuning up the Packard, but it's Greg who gets to take her out for a cruise.

Brad picks up a beautiful 1977 Cadillac DeVille that has great sentimental value, but a lot of rust. Talon shores up the Caddy with some expert welding. Dan gets to work redoing the upholstery on a 1986 Buick Grand National, before Ron does the tune-up. Mike sands down a 1969 Charger that has come in for a full restoration, and Ron hits the road in the Grand National.

A messed-up 1969 Mach 1 Mustang comes to the Guild for a full restoration, and Mike strips her down so she is ready for the acid bath. Talon and Dan work together on an automatic shifter in a 1935 Plymouth PJ Deluxe sedan. Brad must figure out why a '30 Model A is overheating, and if that engine clunk noise might be related.

New kid Tommy has some major work on a '72 Alfa Romeo, and Dan and Kalev work patiently on the '67 Firebird's vinyl roof to get it nothing short of perfect. Talon relocates the alternator on the '35 Plymouth, and Dave tests Tommy's work by joining Greg on the Alfa road test. Jessica gets a hand from Brad installing some new wheels on the Plymouth.

The '67 Firebird is ready for fire-up, and she does not disappoint. Brad gets roped into working on Dave's hot rod, while a '69 Charger gets some gap work before heading to the paint shop. Ron tasks Kalev with finding a way to modify the '35 Plymouth's headlights to fit a modern bulb. Greg takes the '85 Grand Prix for a test drive.

Ron gets busy replacing valves in the Model T engine, while Talon installs a camshaft in an '85 Camaro Z28. Barry starts removing the lacquer on the Model T, and Talon puts the finishing touches on the Camaro engine. Everyone's all-in for "Bring Your Hot Rod to Work" day, as Jessica shows off her scrappy Mustang, and Greg takes in all the praise for his flawless '51 Ford Mercury.

Tommy, Talon and Greg get a '54 Corvette running again after years in storage, but it's Dave who gets to take her out on a road test. It's a flame-engulfed fire-up for Talon and Ron and the '85 Camaro. Dave checks an item off his bucket list when he and Janice test drive the new C8 Corvette on a racetrack.

Lots of Mustangs are at the Guild, including the 1969 Mach 1 that just returned from a trip to the acid bath. Kody and Tommy retrofit an AC unit in a 1955 Crown Vic, while Dave and Janice are in Corvette heaven at the National Corvette Museum. Greg relives his youth taking the 1985 Camaro Z28 out for a spin, and Dave and Janice get a tour of the Corvette assembly plant.

It's finally time to fire up the Model T, before some extensive bodywork that will keep Kalev busy for a while. The Crown Vic gets a progress visit from her owners, before Greg goes on her final road test, and she does not disappoint. Dave and Janice visit the Lane Motor Museum in Nashville to see some one-of-a-kind wonders.
