The greenhorns start their final week of their trial period hungry to secure their place onboard. Greg’s time managing the Hook Machine known as “The Soul Crusher” ends in utter disaster, while Caitlin’s future as a deckhand is hanging on by a thread.

Off the coast of Iceland, the fishing boat Valdimar hits an Arctic storm making fishing nearly impossible and less fish means less money. On the Páll Jónsson, a horrendous injury puts the boat a man down, forcing the crew to work overtime.
