Highway to Sell

Dennis and his new partner, Slick, begin a risky new venture: partnering with car owners to get broken down classics back on the road, sell them at auction and split the profits. Their start-up business nearly crashes and burns, however, when they attempt to transform a quirky '66 Plymouth Barracuda into a ballsy hot rod, and Dennis suits up to for the first time in 15 years to paint a prized '68 Camaro.

In an attempt to fine-tune their choice of project cars, Dennis and Slick double down by partnering up with the owners of two iconic Ford family members: a '65 Mustang fastback and a '62 Thunderbird. When the Mustang owner becomes angry over their color choice and the T-bird owner seems to bow out of the bidding to get his car back, these safe bets turn out to be nail biters at the auction.

Dennis and Slick agree to take a risk by partnering up with the tough-talking, Brooklyn-born owner of a '62 Chrysler Newport wagon. Then, desperate for a quick-flip classic, Dennis shakes hands over a '68 Cougar before realizing that this Mercury's rust-ridden body is a lost cause.

Dennis sweats through a deal for a 1970 Chevy El Camino. Not only does the client have more than a few thoughts on what to do with the car, but so do all of the guys in the shop. Then, Dennis and Slick partner up with the demanding owner of a '64 Mercury Comet.

Dennis convinces a long-time friend to partner up on his cherished '67 Chevy Chevelle, but this racecar is in such bad shape that he has to bring in another friend to help restore it. Both decisions put their entire business at risk. Then, Dennis reels in a rare but rotted out '63 convertible Dodge Dart.

With their new business in serious need of cash, Dennis deals his way behind the wheel of an automotive holy grail: a '55 Chevy Bel Air so rare, it's only one of 500 ever built. Slick and the team pull out all the stops to restore it to its original American Graffiti-style glory, while Dennis also partners up on a '67 Pontiac Catalina.
