The first five acts run the gamut of music, dance and magic. Contestants share the stories of how life got in the way of their dreams. Only one will be chosen to move on to the finale and the chance to win $100,000.

The next five acts sing, perform stand up, play instruments and dance after sharing their stories of how their dreams got set aside. Only one act will be chosen to move on to the finale, for the chance to win $100,000.

A grocer, a client specialist, a rancher, a financial planner and a teacher take the stage for their chance to reach their long-delayed dreams. The judges can only choose one act to move on to the finale and a shot at $100,000.

Five acts who had to recover from life-altering setbacks take the stage -- friends, a dance instructor, a military recruiter, a radio station manager and an insurance underwriter -- with hopes they have what it takes to win the $100,000 grand prize.

Life got in the way for a waitress, a mother-daughter duo, a dance instructor, an advertising executive and an iron worker, but they're ready now for their chance at fame. They give their all, hoping to earn a spot in the finale.

On the last night before the finale, a janitor, a caregiver, a dance studio owner, as well as salespeople and healthcare workers take the stage. Martina, Taye and Heidi must choose between six showstopping performances.

The finale begins as the contestants take the stage in front of the judges and industry leaders who can make a difference in their careers. Each finalist works with performance coaches to improve their acts, as they get one step closer to the grand prize.

The remaining finalists leave it all on the stage as they perform in front of family, as well as industry leaders who can make their potential careers. The judges choose the winning act, who takes home the $100,000 grand prize.
